Hetaf M. Khajah is a seasoned Wealth Management and Financial Advisory expert with over 18 years of experience in the field.

She started her career in the late 90s with Government Management Services Inc., a US-based company, where she forged her path as a software developer, assisting in the development of the first interactive Exit Interview software package for one of the company's major clients.

Ms. Khajah's professional journey took a new direction soon after she joined the leading retail and investment bank in the Middle East, the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) as Deputy Head of the Asset Management Division and Head of the Funds Structuring Department. During her four-year tenure, Ms. Khajah played a key role in developing multi-asset mutual funds and investment services to retail, high net worth and corporate clients, and was instrumental in the launch of twelve funds of the bank's investment platform.

In 2003, she joined the National Industries Group Holding (NIGH), a leading industrial conglomerate in the Middle East, as Chief Investment Officer with the Asset Management Division. For over twelve years, Ms. Khajah was responsible for developing and implementing the company's investment strategy for the financial assets allocated to international capital markets. She managed a portfolio of over $500 million in international assets that included structured products, equities, fixed income, hedge funds, real estate funds and private equity funds.

In parallel with her work at NIGH, Ms. Khajah served for over two years as a board member at Strategia Investment Company, an asset management company with AUM of over $350 million. Thereafter, she was elected as Chairperson of the Board from December 2008 until December 2010 where she lead the success of the company's restructuring and growth plans.

In 2017, Ms Khajah founded Serenity Partners to share her regional and international experience in wealth management and portfolio advisory. Serenity Partners offers a personalized approach to its GCC clients - small and mid-cap companies as well as high net worth individuals. Through its platform the advisory firm assists its clients to achieve their medium and long term financial goals.

During her illustrious career, Ms. Khajah has completed the Harvard Executive Program for Leadership Development and has earned her CFA Charter in 2011. She also, served as a Membership Chair for CFA Society Kuwait from May 2012 to June 2014, and became a Board Member from June 2014 to June 2016. As a result of a brilliant career in the region she was listed amongst the "100 Most Powerful Arab Business Women" by FORBES Middle East in 2015 and 2016.

Ms. Khajah holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from The George Washington University, Washington DC. Ms. Khajah enjoys spending her free time traveling and exploring nature with her family.
